Former Education Minister, Barbados Is Appointed Vice-Chancellor, BIU

Welcoming Mr. Ronald Jones, Former Education Minister, Barbados as Vice-Chancellor 

We are excited to announce that Mr. Ronald Jones, Former Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Barbados will be joining Bridgetown International University in the capacity of Vice-Chancellor of the University.

While Mr. Jones doesn’t need an introduction, we can’t wait to reiterate his innumerable achievements spread over his experience in the field of education spanning over about four decades.

Before joining the University as Vice-Chancellor and before serving the nation while holding the honorable position of Minister of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation of Barbados for a period of ten years, Mr. Jones has been working in the field of education in Barbados for a period of about 27 years and, not to mention, is extremely familiar with the dynamics and laws of education in Barbados.
